Greetings and thank you for visiting Doris Arrington's - Healing Through Art web site. My life mission has been and continues to be expanding art as healing both here in the USA as well as in far away places. Although I am an exhibiting artist, an educator in higher education, a licensed clinician, an international author, and speaker, a published researcher, and an art therapist, expanding art as healing includes all of these activities and more.  Art therapy is bigger than one person. It is a collaborative effort of many people with similar interests in the healing powers of art. Maybe you have a gift or have been similarly called to this unbelievably exciting mission.
